Step One
First things first, we will need to fill your brand-new villa with stylish furniture & appliances!
Luckily for you, we have some of the best partners in Greece to offer you exclusive discounts and packages to provide everything from beds & sofas to smart TVs and appliances, and even pots & pans.
We will work with you & your budget to select and order everything you will need to be guest-ready, including organizing the delivery & setup.
We can even supply professional stylists to handpick your new furnishings to truly complement your villa's design.
Step Two
Your new furniture & appliances are now all set up, so it is time to add the final touches!
We will now fill your villa with all of the essentials like toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, towels & bedding, and all of the kitchen must-haves like salt & pepper, olive oil, and the most important item in any property, the Nespresso coffee machine.
We will then bring in our professional cleaning team to give the villa its completion clean ready for step three.
Step Three
Now it is time for the red carpet-style photoshoot!
We will begin with professional photography & videography, including drone footage, to help capture the full beauty of your property.
Once completed, we will create your property photo galleries & videos to use for our marketing materials.
Step Four
Now it is time to start preparing the online listings to show your villa to the world.
We will build creative and captivating listings across all the major online booking platforms, as well as creating Instagram, TikTok & Facebook accounts to maximize the property's visibility, meaning more bookings!
If you decide that you really want to push the popularity and visibility of your villa, you can select to go with our paid marketing options to put your villa's ads right in front of your target market.

Step Five
This is the most enjoyable stage.
Now your new villa is ready to start taking bookings & earning you money, all while you sit back & let us handle everything.
You will be sent an email with a link to our online client portal along with your username & password.
This is where you can see the live performance of your property along with your monthly financial reports, yearly booking calendar & guest reviews across all platforms.
